discriminate between A and B
1.The support vector classification(SVC),as a novel approach,was employed to discriminate between high and low activitiesof ethofenprox analogous based on the molecular descriptors,which were physicochemical parameters including two Hammett constants(σ_A and σ_B),two molar refractivities(M_A and M_B)and the sum of hydrophobic parameters(Ⅱ)of substituents A and B respectively.
2.Moreover, the whole sequences of the two Wx genes (Wx~ a and Wx~ b ) of nonglutinous rice reported by others were also aligned, and another two pairs of dominant STS molecular markers were designed to discriminate Wx~ a from Wx~ b based on the special site between the two genotypes. Then, corresponding rice genotypes were identified by the established new markers.
