3.In this paper,making use of the theory and method of VE,the author analyses and values the function of the heavy - duty serrated edge diskharrow, and puts forward the innovation and techniques in designning the harrow of this kind,which make a 10.6 % reduction in the cost of the production.
6.The mechanical properties of the steel are HRC 40～50,α_k>20J/cm~2. The relative abrasive resistance of this steel to 65Mn steel is 1.19. The researchment of this paper has provided harrowdisk with squeeze casting and has the high economic significance and the important production value.
