1.Composite latex particles of disproportionated-rosin (DPR) and polyacrylates were synthesized by miniemulsion polymerization.
2.PA was first synthesized: Addition reaction of disproportionated rosin and EOwas performed in the condition of catalyst.
3.Disproportionated rosin (DPR) (2-hydroxyethyl acrylate) ester was synthesized by acyl chlorination and esterification of DPR acid.
4.The main component dehydroabietic acid and little component abietic acid, neoabietic acid, levopimaric acid and pulustic acid of a few types disproportionated rosin were determinated quantitatively by selecting the proper order(n) of derivative, differential wavelength difference, scanning rate and quantitative method.
5.Resin acid is the main component of rosin, the quality of the disproportionated rosin is dependent on the amount of resin acid. The {}+1H NMR, 13 C NMR ,DEPT(θ=3/4π) spectra of abietic acid, neoabietic acid, levopimaric acid, pulustic acid and dehydroabietic acid have been determined. We also have assigned all peaks in the spectra by HMQC and HMBC coherenec spectra.
6.The graft copolymerization of styrene (S) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) on SBR latex particles with core-shell structure in emulsion process was conducted in a 600 mL stirred glass vessel with benzoyl peroxide (BPO)-Fe2+ as redox initiator system ,potassium stearate and disproportionated rosin soap as emulsifiers , and mercaptan as regulator .
