1.The formulation design and preparation techniques of acetyl-salicylic acid controlled release capsules were studied. Acetylsalicylic acid fast-release capsules(AFRC),sustained release capsules(ASRC),and tablets for controlpurpose(ACT)were chosen for dissolution test and blood drug concentrationdeterminations after oral administration in rabbits.
2.The dissolution of nitroglycerin buccal tablets was comparedbetween the test tablet and Suscard(Astra)as control and their pharmacologicaleffect in 10 volunteers were determined by DPG assay. No significant differencesof dissolution,T_(max),V_(max) and AUC_(0→360min) were observed. The DPG test is recom-mended for the estimation of relative bioavailability of nitroglycerin.
4.The physical stabilities of each preparation were examined microscopically and macro scopically. The drug release test was made by using dissolution tester uhder rotating oar method,the concentrations of MMC released from the preparations were determined spectro- photometrically.
