1.This paper studied ethyl ester of EPA & PHA preparation from sea fish oil and purification by urea precipitation method and molecular distillation method. The results showed that a purity of 90% and more than 70% ethyl ester of EPA & DHA were obtained respectively by urea precipitation and molecular distillation.
2.The results indicated that the reproducibility and percent recovery of Duffau distillation method all meet the requisition of analytical experimentation, and the analytical results are accurate.
3.The basic waste water in small concentration SO42-, F-, NH4+ is disp osed by CaO precipitation and distillation method. The waste water containing NH 4+ beyond 25 mg/L is qualified by drainage.
4.Apple brandy fermentation with bolting free yeast was studied．Proper medium composition and distillation method were chosen from the result of experiments.The optimum operation condition for brandy fermentation was presented.The brandy produced was of mellow，delicious flavor．A preliminary approach for isolating yeast from fermentation alcohol was set up.
5.Using NaF as carrier,a carrier distillation method of emission spectrographic and DC excitation for the determination of 21 impurity elements,i. e. Fe,Si,Ti,V,Cr,Ca,Mn,Mg,Al,Ni,Cu,Bi,Sn,Pb,Yb,Y,Cd,Nb,Mo,Sb,La in powder of tungsten-cobalt alloy by WSP-1 model plane-grating spectrograph was described.
6.The preparation methods of rice protein such as solvent distillation, enzymatic method, alkali distillation, physical separation and compound method, as well as the characteristics of them are discussed in this paper.
7.Acetate in wastewater was detected by gas chromatography with packed column of 5% PEG 20M and 05% H3PO4 on chromosorb HP 80100 mesh packings and direct injection of wastewater treated by distillation. This method is rapid and simple. The variable coefficient is between 4% and 10%,recovery of added standed is between 83% and 105%,detecting limit is 2mg/L.
