结果表明，加强免疫20天后血清F1抗体迅速达到高峰，几何平均滴度为114，至4个月时尚能100％保护豚鼠耐受强毒鼠疫菌141株10亿菌体的攻击，它比生物制品规程中免疫力试验要求攻击的菌量大105倍，仍然获得较好的免疫效果。
