2.Method: O157:H7 from the dejecta of the reservoirs in six surveillance sites was isolated and cultured by IMS. The four virulence genes of Shiga-like toxin (SLT1 and SLT2), intimin (eaeA) and hemolysin (hlyA) were isolated and detected in multiplex PCR assay.
3.The objective of this research was to the study effects of soybean—oligosacchrides on micooranism of cecum and content of NH_3 in dejecta of broilers. 198 one-day-old Rose 308 brids were randomly assigned to 6 groups,with 3 replications per group.
4.The ratesin groups of higher and middle dosage were significantly higher thanthoseinthe group of model control(40.7 %,P<0.01),The granule number and weight of dejecta in groups of higher,middle,lower dosages of Qianmei Granules and the group of normal control were 37.8,33.8,34.3 and 38.9 gran-ules,and 0.73g,0.67g,0.66g and 0.83g,respectively.
