1.Results The liquid extracted by BuOH of Pedicalaris decora Franch is better than the water extract. Conclusion The liquid extracted by BuOH or water can reduce the content of LPO,AST,AKP,and can increase the content of SOD,GSH-Px,liver hepatin and muscle hepatin and so on.
结果太白参醇溶成分、水溶成分均能降低LPO,AST和AKP的含量,提高SOD,GSH-Px,肝糖原、和肌糖原的含量。 结论太白参醇溶成分在促进运动性疲劳恢复方面比水溶成分效果好。
2.Methods Pedicalaris decora Franch extract was prepared by the traditional method. The different group mice were fed by corresponding extract and made them to swim at fixed time. The activity of SOD,GSH-Px,ALT,AST,AKP,content of LPO,blood sugar,hemoglobin,liver hepatin and muscle hepatin were selected as the detected targets.
方法分别制备太白参的醇溶成分和水溶成分,对不同组别ICR小鼠灌胃给药,进行一次性大量运动,即刻采血后处死动物,测定血清、肝脏、心脏和肌肉的抗氧化的酶类SOD,GSH-Px与LPO,反?应激对机体损害程度ALT,AST,AKP及与运动能力相关的肝糖原、肌糖原、Hb等指标。
