3.study on quality standardRadix Salvisa Miltiorrhiza, Radix Notoginseng Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae were indentified by TLC,the quantitative determination of Ginsensoside Rb1, Rg1, Notoginsensoside R1, ,Tanshine II A ,Danshensu-Sodium were determinated by HPLC,the method had good repeat ability,sensitivity and specificity.
采用薄层层析法对制剂中丹参、三七、降香进行了鉴别,斑点分离效果好,阴性对照无干扰。 采用HPLC色谱法分别对丹参酮Ⅱ_A、丹参素钠、人参皂苷Rb_1、三七皂苷R_1、人参皂苷Rg_1进行了含量测定,并进行了方法学考察,证明所用的方法可靠,可用于制剂的含量测定。
