2.The ratio was 81.25 percent that could produce perithecium after crossing with parents in the 32 sexual hybridization F2. Therefore, the mating type of the Setosphaeria turcica inclined to the bisexual, which increased the opporunity of the sexual hybridization and selectivity and it made the degree of the aberrance more complex. 256 primers were designed and EcoRI-GG and MseI-GC were defined as the best primer in AFLP in this study.
本试验通过对由EcoRI+2和MseI+2组成的256对引物组合的筛选,选用最佳引物组合EcoRI-GG和MseI-GC对亲本和32个有性杂交F_2代菌株进行AFLP分析,结果显示各菌系具有独特的AFLP指纹,并表现出极高的多态性,说明有性杂交F_2代菌株之间在DNA分子水平上存在丰富的遗传变异。
