1.During the Period of the Olympic Games, General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection will authorize entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions belong to the area where Olympics games are held to manage the declaration files from BOCOG in their popedom，handle examination and approval formalities, and instruct the related entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions to establish offices for inspection and quarantine of Olympic goods, dispatch professional stuff to handle the acceptance of application plus examination and verification exclusively on designated location.
奥运期间，质检总局将授权奥运会比赛项目所在地的出入境检验检疫机构负责受理本辖区内奥组委申报文件，办理审核审批手续，并指导相关出入境检验检疫机构成立奥运物资检验检疫办公室，在集中地点、派精干专业人员，专门办理奥运物资申请受理、审核审批工作。
