3.The results showed that the gametogenesis of Yellow sea bream could be divided into five phases and gonad development could be correspondingly divided into six stages. The GSI of ovary at Ⅴphase was 7.60%～13.30%,with average 9.45%,while GSI of spermary atⅤphase was 1.62%～2.71%,with average 1.99%.

其结果表明,南海黄鲷精巢可分成6期,精巢5期的成熟度指数为1.62%~2.71%,平均值为1.99%. 雌性生殖细胞可见5个时相,卵巢发育也相应分成6期,卵巢5期时的成熟度指数为8.90%~13.90%,平均值为9.45%.

4.The result showed that the spermary under 0.05% colchicum for 6-10 hours pretreatment, 0.4% KC1 solution for 45minutes to get the low osmosis, and Giemsa dyed for 10-20 minutes, the clear and separated chromosome can been observed.

结果表明:将金龟子精巢用0.05%秋水仙素预处理6-12 h,0.4%KCl溶液低渗45 min,甲醇:冰醋酸(3:1)固定45 min,Giemsa染色10-20 min后,获得的精巢染色体形态清晰、分散性较好,通过显微操作技术获得了着色清晰的精巢染色体,可用于染色体数目的计数。
