6.(3) Each country may require, as proof of the identity of the article exhibited and of the date of its introduction, such documentary evidence as it considers necessary.
7.It will be important that you provide full documentary evidence to back up statements made on the form if you wish us to count the points claimed.
8.The two commissions could be useful tools to come up with proscribed items to be destroyed and with new documentary evidence. They evidently need to work fast and effectively to convince us, and the world, that it is a serious effort.
9.We are aware of the implications of Article 15 of UCP500 and acknowledge that where a bank claims to have paid/accepted/negotiated under this Documentary Credit, its goods faith and the fact of payment/acceptance/negotiation thereof shall be presumed in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
10.12 We are aware of the implications of Article 34 of UCP600 and acknowledge that where a bank claims to have paid/accepted(honoured)/negotiated under this Documentary Credit, its goods faith and the fact of payment/acceptance(honour)/negotiation thereof shall be presumed in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
