1.This paper studies on the electroluminescent light-emitting(EL)characteristics of the organic light-emitting diode of the doped Alq3∶DCM system with different doping content,based on the test results,points out that the EL emitting peak value of the device is related to the doping content of DCM as a receptor in Alq3 as a donor,and explains its mechanism by using the Forster energy transfer theory.
6.Ionic radius, tolerance factor and electronegative difference were calculated to select doping element and its content according to a theory of materials design. Lithium-doped lanthanum chromites (LaCr_(1-y)Li_yO_3) with perovskite-type structure could be synthesized by the solid reaction, the Pechini method and the combustion method respectively.
