dry concentration
.The concentration of corresponding Evans blue in above-mentioned supernatant were determined to manifest the vasopermeability of all organs. The content of Evans blue (μg/g dry weight of organ)= the concentration of Evans blue (mg/L)×10/[1- the water content of organ (%)].
.The water content of brain was measured by wet-dry weight formula and Evans blue(EB) concentration was detected after intravenous injection(3 mg/kg) after 2,7 and 30 days post irradiation in each group.
.The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids from dry celery and west celery were studied with the ethanol concentration 40 %(mass concentration),temperature 70~80 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1 g∶15 ml and extraction time 3 h.
.The oxidation rate of Mg and its alloys increases in thefollowing order: ZM-1, ZM-5, Mg, and ZM-2. In dry CO_2+SF_6 the weight gain is not closely related to concentration ofSF_6, temperature and alloy species, if the concentration of SF_6 is smaller thanabout 10~(-2).
.Expression of phaPor phaC alone or with another gene enhanced PHBHHx content up to 64%, cell dry weight(CDW) as much as 4.4 g L-1 and PHBHHx concentration to 2.7 g L-1 after 48 h in shake flaskculture.
.An experiment was carried out to study the effect of differents O3 concentrations on winter wheat leaf. The results showed that O3 concentrations had negative influences on leaf amount, leaf area, leaf dry weight of wheat. And with the increase of O3 concentration the injury to leaf was heav ier and the senescence of leaf speeded up.
.The symptoms, dry matter accumulation and chloroplast submicrostructure were studied in three varieties of lettuce grown in higher Se concentration (>50mg/L) with DFT culture.
.For the oven dry sediment, the adsorbed amount of NCB can reach 71%-82% for the sediment under 100 g/L sediment concentration.
.Semi-dry systems, or spray dryers, inject an aqueous sorbent slurry similar to a wet system, however, the slurry has a higher sorbent concentration.
.The dry cell weight of broth reaches 115g/L~160g/L and the maximum rHSA concentration is 3.6g/L at the 120th hour at the fed batch fermentation phase.
