4.For rural citizens to cut the trees in their private forest segments and in the collectively owned forests they have contracted, the competent forestry authorities at the county level or the people's government at the township level which has been duly authorized shall examine the application and issue the cutting license.
5.Article 49 In case that financial institutions, duly authorized to undertake foreign exchange operations, act in violation of the Article 29 and 31, the exchange administration agencies shall order these institutions to redress the case, issue a public reprimand and impose a penalty fine in the range of 50, 000 to 300, 000 Yuan.
6.SECTION 26 Obstruction in the Performance of Official Duty ? The Director or any duly authorized fishery law enforcement officer in the performance of his official duties, shall not be obstructed or hindered from lawfully boarding fishing vessels, whether licensed or not, for the purpose of inspecting the fish holds or boxes containing fish or fishery/aquatic products and investigating persons found therein.
7.The Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting may decide, on the recommendation of the Executive Council, that the Association will indemnify current or former Officers of the Association (hereinafter defined as "members of the Executive Council, the Secretary General and any other employee of the Association, as well as any person duly authorized to act on behalf of the Association"), against costs and charges in respect of a civil, criminal or administrative proceeding to which he/she is made a party by reason of being or having been an Officer of the Association, if that person acted honestly and in good faith in fulfillment of his/her duties with a view to the best interests of the Association.
