2.Objective To elicit the role of the duodenaljuice component in the pathological injury of gastric mucosa, and to study the relationship between these components and the value of pH and bilirubin absorbance (ABS) in primary duodenogastric reflux (DGR).
3.CONCLUSION The coordinated antroduodenal contractions is favourable in the clearance of reflux bile juice and the nonpropagated duodenal contractions may be the main cause of DGR.
