7.Abstract: On the basis of investigation and local economical development state,this paper studies present situation and tendency of dwelling-house of peasants in Shenyang district,and summarizes the change of peasants life style taken place in the area and new demands of modernizing dwelling-house of Peasants.
8.Abstract: The optimal design of dwelling house is analyzed and expounded in the aspects of infrastructure, road plan, inner and outer environment as well as the environment of the whole dwelling area, and the regionalism of culture, aiming at creating a comfortable environment and fully embodying the design idea of “base the people”, making the house an ideal one where people look forward to living in.
9.Grasping the layout and design of dewelling house and sufficenctly using natural resource,paying attention to saving ground and setting up favorable climamte in residence,popularizing new builiding materials with energy-saving and improving calorific performance of building surrounding structure are important measurements of dwelling house industry taken to develop energy-svaing and ground-saving residential in our country.
10.Based on that, the wind environment of new Yi minority nationality traditional dwelling house and green Yaodong cave dwellings of the northern part of Shanxi province were simulated in particular in which the influence parameters, such as the height of the wall in the yard,the dimension of the yard, the position of accessorial building in the yard, the width of ventilation opening and the height of the wall on the Yaodong cave dwellings, were considered.
