economic dispute cases
1.The international symposium on the Comparison of Mode of Trial between China, Germany and Australia in Deciding Economic Dispute Cases was held in Beijing Professional College of Politics and Law on 13-15 September, 2004. The demonstration of the mock trials of the three countries and further academic exchanges benefited all participants-judges, lawyers, experts and scholars from Berlin Municipal Bureau of Justice of Germany, University of Canberra, Australia, Beijing Judges Association, Beijing Bar Association and Beijing Law Society.
