1.Article 9. Women have the right to conduct state affairs, manage economic and cultural undertakings and administer social affairs through various channels and in various ways.
2.It is my sincere hope that confrontation will come to an end, disputes be settled and hostilities be removed in the Middle East and that concerted efforts will be made so that all the countries in this region will be able to concentrate on economic and cultural undertakings and all the peoples there will enjoy a peaceful and better life.
3.The investment of treasury bonds in construction of major projects and projects urgently needed by society will not only help stimulate economic growth and expand new sources of revenue, but also help us pool resources of all sides for accomplishing large undertakings and improve the results of all investments.
4.Persisting in incorporating environmental protection into the plans for national economic and social development, introducing to it macro regulation and management under state guidance, and gradually increasing environmental protection input so as to give simultaneous consideration to environmental protection and other undertakings and ensure their coordinated development.
5.Some cadres currently give little thought to planning new undertakings that would be suitable to local conditions and would produce economic gains and benefit the masses. Far from emancipating their thinking, these cadres still act according to fixed patterns.
6.The State provides guidance and assistance to collectively-owned mining enterprises and privately-owned mining undertakings in unceasingly raising their technical level and in increasing utilization rate of the mineral resources and the economic results.
