3.Owing to physical and mathematical comparisons between the transient eddy and the molecular heat transfer in statistic physics we translate the molecular heat transfer theory onto the transient eddy heat transfer, and then make a new parameterization scheme for the transient heat flux of atmosphere.

7.Using the data observed over movable dune at Naiman in Inner Mongolia, midl. -gansu region of loess plateau and the agrometeorological experiment station and meteorological station of Xifeng of Gansu province, the sensible and latent heat fluxes are calculated by the eddy correlation, Bowen ratio-energy balance and aerodynamic methods and the bulk transfer coefficients are calculated.
8.On the basis of the spherical grid-point data from the ECMWF,a preliminary dynamical diagnosis is made of the blocking high whichpersisted over the Urals during October 4-27, 1981.Results show thatlike the decaying eddies on the track of the Atlantic and Pacificstorms at their last stage, the upstream eddies in this case have propertiesof upgradient transfer, and similar eddy forcing processes also exist inthe persistence of the Ural blocking.
