8.There were 18 varieties of coding amino acids and 8 varieties of essential amino acid for human needs in edible part. The content of essential amino acid was 20.93 %,the percentage of essential amino acid in total amino acids(E/TA) was 36.28 %,and Glu,Asp and Gly(7.80%,5.57% and 6.70% respectively) were higher than others.
