3.There are seven main ideas that have informed our effort to shape the CPIC Campus Master Plan: the idea of connectivity and contextual responsibility; the idea of scale and proportion; the idea of culture, tradition and the educational experience; the idea of hierarchy, placement and identity; the idea of passage and movement between different worlds; the idea of incremental and natural growth; and finally the idea of forging ecology and indigenous landscapes to form a dynamic, sustainable environment.
4.To promote the Olympic Games and Olympic Movement, we will organize diversified cultural and educational programs to cater to the needs of the people, especially the younger generation, for spiritual and cultural activities.
5.The Organization Committee of XI World Scout Moot Mondial, Mexico 2000 invites all the associations of the World Scout Movement Organization (WSMO), as well as all national or international Non Government Organizations, UNO agencies, private organizations as well as all dependencies and ministries of the federal, state or municipal government, youth organizations and associations, educational institutions and all those interested in presenting their community development projects in the Global Development Village (G.D.V.).
