effective alkali
2.The optimum conditions of pulping were as follows; charge of effective alkali 14% (based on Na2O), sulfidity 30%, ratio of weight of oven dry wood material to volume of cooking liquor 1:5, and H-factor 1000. With the elemental-chlorine-containing sequences, ECF (elemental chlorine free) sequences and TCF (total chlorine free) sequences, bleached kraft pulps with high ISO brightness and high physical properties could be produced.
5.The application of sulfactants in the natural antiriot solution and the conditions that affects the concentration of effective ingrident and the stability of the natural antiriot solution, such as different inorganic caid and alkali, reaction time, temperature, organic modifiers and the concentration of antiseptic was investigated.
