2.③The ratio of elastic fiber to collagen fiber in the MSCs intervention group was larger than that in the control group [(1.468±0.41),(1.031±0.19)], and there were significant difference (P < 0.05). The medium /lumen ratio or artery weight had no difference in 2 groups (P > 0.05), which suggested that MSCs graft did not caused extra proliferation in arterial wall.
3.The results showed that there were plaque disruption , ectdothelium denudatioan , rupture and cracks of inti- mal elastic lamina in the intima and media ,and that 6-keto-PGF 1 α of arterial wall at different time af- ter angioplasty was lower than that before the operation (P<0. 01 ) , which suggested that lower level of PCI_2 in the dilated artery relates to restenosis.
