2.The Ti Zr Si alloys with Si/Zr=1/2 (in weight percent) was prepared by vacuum consumable electrodefurnace, following treated in solid solution at 1200 ℃ for 3.5 h, and then aging at 850 ℃ in different time.
3.The Ti Zr Si alloy with Si∶Zr = 1∶2 (by weight) is prepared in vacuum consumable electrodefurnace and solution treatment for 3.5 h at 1 200℃ and aging at 850℃ for different time are conducted.
