5.This paper introduces a novel cell sensors chip which integrated the micro electrode array (MEA), cell electro-impedance (ECIS) and light addressable potentiometer sensors (LAPS) and designed by us for the detection of cell physiological parameters.
7.Characteristic of the electrochemical reaction on the surface of the electrode at different frequencies was studied by electrochemical impedance spectrum. The results showed that the Ag/AgCl electrode could be used as detection probe in the sensor because of its stability, precision,and excellent response.
8.However, for the air electrode prepared by active carbon, the thin film diffusion impedance was appreciably observed in addition to ohmic impedance. The low catalytic activity in the graphite air electrode appeared as a consequence of the decreased thin film reaction sites and the mass transport process was dominated by Warburg diffusion.
