3.The electronic digital level DL-101C is introduced in this paper. Making use of PCMCIA card, the data communication between electronic digital level and notebook computer can be established, and the integral whole technology of combining inside and outside work in the settlement observation can be come true. It is also introduced that the DL-101C was used for the settlement observation in Longjiang construction site of Nanjing, and that the data of the settlement observation was analyzed in detail.
