3.The electrostatic spinning technique of producing Nano-PAN fiber felt was introduced.The relationship of processing parameters with diameter of fiber and the amount of remaining solvent in as-spun fiber were analyzed and the influence of compound solvent of DMF and acetone on properties of fiber was investigated.
4.The result of experiment shows that ESD EMP has significant influence on MPU, and the thresholds of electrostatic discharge which make FPGA、CPLD and 80C196 reset are 13 kV、7 kV and 10 kV The conclusion is drawn.
5.The influence of Electrostatic Discharge of Electromagnetism Pulse (ESD EMP) on Micro Processor Unit (MPU) is studied in this paper. According to IEC61000-4-2, irradiation effect of ESD EMP on MPU (FPGA、CPLD and 80C196 single chip) has been studied by electric field testing system. Intensity of electric field around coupling plane is also tested and the mechanism of failure is analyzed.
