1.According to IEC1000 4 2 electrostatic measurement standard,we develop a new ESD generator verification system. The system can automatically store the current curve,calculate the rise time,peak current,30 ns current,60 ns current. This sample data is saved in disk as EXCEL or BMP format.This system can be used not noly in ESD generator verification,but also in other ESD current measurement and electrostatic mechanism research fields.
