1.cv. Demeter and Paspalum atratum was studied and evaluated. Using the plantule elongation speed 96 hours after treating with 20 % PEG as the evaluation index,the drought resistance of four kinds of forage grass was in the order of Festuca arundinacea Schreb.
2.Quality besides micronaire value and elongation of relevance not significant, other quality traits of both showed significant level; Yield and quality traits associated single boll weight and the first half of the average length uniformity index significantly related, and the breaking strength of correlation was significant, and micronaire value was negatively correlated; lint and micronaire value elongation reached significant levels and a very significant level, and on average half the length uniformity index, Breaking strength of correlation was significant but was negatively correlated.
3.To determine the effect of the Paclobutrazo1 on wheat physiological and yield,during the wheat elongation stage,different concentration of the Paclobutrazo1 solution(0,100,200 and 400 mg/L) were sprayed on the wheat leaves,the content of chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate,superoxide dismutase activity(SOD),catalase activity(CAT) of the flag leaf,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble protein content and the index on economic output in the seeds were measured in different periods after spraying.
