3.This paper report that stressing on three varieties of turfgrass,Cindy,Merit and Blue chip,under 5 degree low temperature during 24 hours,membrane permeability of the leaves are measured by conductivity,proline concentration of the leaves are determined by ninhydrin colorimetric method,and soluble sugar content of the leaves are determined by enthrone colorimetric method,respectively.
