1.Abstract: On the premise of the impact on the argriculture in Jiangxi province because China joined the WTO,this paper analysed factors that hindered the advance of agricultural science and technology in Jiangxi province,and then brought forward countermeasures such as the improvement of social environmental conditions,the reform of administrative setup of agricultural science and technology,the enhancement of investment of science and technology and the adjustment of agricultural structure ect,so as to make the agricultural science and technology in jiangxi to fit into the development of the science and technology and the markets of international agriculture.

4.The dynamic analysis is made on the industrialization and feasibility of the biomass-fired boiler in terms of the environmental policy, straw briquette technology economy, small boiler technology reform and so on.
5.The goal of application of laboratory accreditation for environmental monitoring is to catch up with the development and need caused by WTO and system reform and market economy, and to improve environmental monitoring technique and quality.
6.From the angle of the eve of the 21st century. to discuss the main task and reform stress of environ- mental science and technology, to prospect a new de- veloping pattern of organization of environmental sci- ence and technology in market economy and analyze the possible fund channel for promoting the develop- ment of environmental science and technology.
7.Since the initiation of the policies of reform and opening to the outside world, China's GNP has quadrupled, but the growth of the emission of pollutants is clearly slower than the economic growth. Some environmental quality indices of some regions and cities have basically remained stable, and some localities have made improvements to a certain extent.
