2.The design and construction of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete girder bridges with precast balancing cantilever or segmental erection methods are currently finding wide application in China. In this paper,the principle of precasting concrete segmental girders of the approach spans of Hau Hoi Wan Sea-Crossing Bridge,Hongkong with short-line match method is presented for reference to the construction of similar bridge works.
