1.BSV, EAI and the time of Erythrocyte Electrophoresis were positively correlated with DBP (P<0. 05-0.01).
2.Results: The group Hepertension was positively correlated with blood viscosity of low shear rate(ηbL), ESR, Equation K value of ESR, the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis.
3.The whole blood viscosity (higher and lower),reducing viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte electrophoresis time in T2DM patients with AIC were higher than that in T2DM patients without AIC (P<0.05).
4.Methods: A hyperlipemia animal model was established and the effect of Glucomannan on triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL C),blood high sheer viscosity(ηbh), plasma viscosity(ηp),blood low sheer viscosity(ηbl), erythrocyte electrophoresis time (EPT) were dynamically observed.
5.The results showed that 35petients (58. 3%) had an incrcased relative bled viscosity at higher(RBVH) nd lower shear rates (RBVL) and relative plasma visoosity(RPV), higher red-cell aggregation index (RAI) and hematocrite(Hct), the longer erythrocyte electrophoresis time (EET), while theother 25 petients (41. 7%) had a normal hemorrneologic states.
6.In order to explore the function and mechanism of Huoxue Huayu Recipe(HXHY)on blood lipid and hemorheolo- gy,a hyperlipemia animal model was established and the effect of HXHY on triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(Tc),high density lipoprotein-C(HDL-C),blood high sheer viscosity(ηbh),plasma viscosity(ηp),blood low sheer viscosity(ηb1), erythrocyte electrophoresis time(EPT)were dynamically observed.
7.Results showed the high shear (200 s 1 ), middle shear (30 s 1 ) and low shear (3 s 1 ) of whole blood apparent viscosity, the Hct, the level of fibrinogen, the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis, PAR1, PAR5 and PARm were all increased ( P <0 01), but ESR and plasma viscosity had no significant change before treatment in schizophrenia ( P >0 05) as compared with those in the control group.
