1.Method By using erythrocyte rosette tests and double antibody sandwich ELISA methods, we measured the changes of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate (E-C3bRR), erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette forming effective rate (RFER) , inhibitory rate (RFIR), circulation immune complex(CIC) , erythrocyte immune complex rosette rate(E-ICR) and sIL-2R in patients with kidney diseases.
2.Methods By using the erythrocyte rosette test and polyethylene glycol sediment methods, the erythrocyte C 3b receptor rosette(E C 3bRR), erythrocyte immune complex rosette(E ICR) and circulating immune complex (CIC) were measured in 30 malignant tumor patients after treatment with elemene.
3.A exposure-control study of 10 children (aged 10 to 12) and 12 workers exposed to vinyl chloride(VC)are reported by using the informed erythrocyte rosette forming test(E- RFT), neutrophilic granulocyte phagocytosis (NGP) test and phytohemagglutinin (PHA) skin test as immunological indexes in order to observe the effects of air VC pollution to the immune function of the population.
4.The serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein decreased significantly in the JPQHR-treated group as compared with those in the control group (P<0.05), while the number of erythrocyte rosette-forming cells increased significantly in the JPQHR-treated group as compared with those in the control group (P<0.05).

9.The lymphocyte transformation index (CPM, SI) and The RCIA including erythrocyte Csb receptor rosette rate (RBC-CabRR) and RBC immune complexes rosette rate (RBC-ICRR) were measured at specially designed time: the day before operation, postoperative first day, third day and seventh day.
10.In this study, the rate of erythrocyte C?3b receptor rosette(E?C?3bRR), and immunocomplex rosette(E?ICR), the serum circulative immunocomplex(CIC) and the erythrocyte filtration index (EFI) were analysed in 69 cases of senile acute cerebral infarction and 45 healthy senile controls.
