1.We got 4 parts from the extraction of Astragalus variabilis Bunge through systemic research ways of phytochemistry, which respectively are the part of petroleum ether, the part of petroleum ether, the part of EtOA and the part of n-BuOH the part of n-BuOH are isolated by the successively methods of Silica-gel Column Chromatography, TLC and sublimation.
3.The results showed that petroleum ether extract of Alpinia officinarum, acetone extract of Curcuma longa and petroleum ether extract of Litsea cubeba had obvious repellent action to adult S. zeamais. Sixty hours after treatment, the average repellency class of the three extracts all reached class Ⅴ, while their average repellency was 80.02%, 80.60% and 81.70% respectively.

7.Through bioassay-guided fractionation way, the ethanol extract of Fructus Alpinia Oxyphyllae was extracted with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol according to the different polarity of solvent, the extracts of petroleum-ether phase(ASP) chloroform phase(ASC) ethyl-acetate phase(ASE) n-butanol phase(ASB) and water phase(ASW) were obtained respectively.
10.A method analysing PUFAs in mycelium rapidly and accurately is established: mycelium is dried in high temperature,the petroleum ether and aether are extraction solvents,the extraction pH is about 5.0,the optimal extraction combination is 5.0g dried mycelium/100mL petroleum ether,the extraction time is 16 hours and the operational temperature is under 50℃.
