2.This study applied the survey of communities, and the biological dating methods, the richness indices, diversity indices, evenness indices and DCCA, multi-factors liner regression, correlation analysis to analyze the relationships of community types, environmental variables and community structure in the process of vegetation restoration of Antaibao Mine,China.
3.We selected Antaibao(ATB) mine in Pingshuo as study area, applying various methods of quantitative ecology, to analyze the relationship between plant community and environment Firstly, by using the richness indices, diversity indices, evenness indices and DCCA, multi-factors liner regression, correlation analysis, we study the relationships of community types, environmental variables and community structure.
6.Our results showed that functional diversity, evenness indices and AWCD from rhizosphere microbial community were significantly higher than those from bulk soil microbial community at both growth stages. Functional diversity and AWCD of bulk microbial community from SCS and CS8 were higher than those from CCCS and CS4 treatments at podding stage;
7.Based on the samples taken from more than 30 representative large-and middle -sized reservoirs in Shandong province in 1989 and 1990, the species composition,the percentage and average biomass of each phylum, species frequency class and major species of the phytoplankton are investigated. The species diversity and evenness indices, the biomass of nannophytoplankton and netphytoplankton and dominant groups or species of each representative reservoir, and their relation to the total biomass of the phytoplankton of each reservoir are presented.
10.The floristic composition structural characteristics of Tiankeng forest communities were analyzed by the importance values of arbor. Species diversity was also analyzed by various kinds of diversity indices, such as the species richness index, Shannon-Wiener index (H), Simpson index (D), PIE and Pielou evenness index (J).
