1.An event-driven process chain (EPC) model for product development was discussed and a formal representation of EPC presented.
3.On the basis of EPC chart, we have set up the function view, organize view, data view and controlling view of this after service mode separately by using ARIS. In the controlling view, the other three views are integrated through an extended event-driven process chain chart (eEPC chart), to form an intact business process chain.
