2.This paper embarked from theory and practice of modern safety science, studied and put forward the integrated system of risk monitor and safety management early-warning technique on chemical enterprise, through accident investigation and risk analysis of chemical enterprise, produced risk analyze method of chemical enterprise in this paper, which include Preliminary Hazard Analysis, Hazard and Operability Analysis, Safety Checklist Analysis, Event Tree Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis.
