3.In this paper, the UMVUE,the Bayesian estimation and the exact classical limits, the exact Bayesian credible limits of the distribution parameters(location parameter μ,scale parameter θ) and the reliability measurements(failure rate λ,mean time to failure (MTTF)M,reliability life t?R,reliability R(t)),and the high precision approximate classical limits of MTTF of the left truncated two-parameter exponential distribution are presented. And illustration of these methods are also included.
4.The present paper covers the Bayesian estimation of Pareto distribution Parameter and its admissibility. And it is also proposed that the bayes lowers confidence limit and the exact form of hierarchical Bayes estimation.
