1.The ion exchange method was used to purify and enrich glutathione from wheat germ extract permeating liquor through 5nm ceramic membrane . The result of comparative experiments showed that Amberlite 252 macroporous ion exchange resin was the most appropriate type, and that 1 mol/L HCl liquor was the most appropriate eluant. The volume of permeating liquor decreased 55 % after ion exchange processing and the concentration of glutathione nearly increased two times.
