exercise electrocardiography
1.Method Ninety seven patients who were later taken coronary angiography and 50 clinically normal subjects were recieved treadmill exercise electrocardiography tests under Bruce protocol. For each object, end exercise ST depression (STend), recovery ST depression (STrec), ST/HR index, and ST/HR hysteresis were determined from the standard 12 leads exercise electrocardiography excluding aVR lead.
2.Methods 61 elderly patients with coronary artery disease (CAD group) and 47 healthy elder (control group) were received treadmill exercise electrocardiography tests under bruce protocol.
3.Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of exercise electrocardiography test (EET), single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and dobutamine stress echocardiography (DSE) in coronary artery disease (CAD).
4.Methods 112 patients with the probablility of CAD were received treadnill exercise electrocardiography testing under Bruce protocol and coronary arteriongraphy. According to coronary arteriongraphy, 48 cases were diagnosed CAD and 64 cases were normal, measure their QRS interval and QRS correct interval.
5.Method: Six patients without previous myocardial infarction who developed ST segment elevation during exercise testing were underwent coronary angiography and rest electrocardiography, and Bruce protocol were used during exercise test.
6.Methods Ten patients without previous MI who developed STE during exercise testing were underwent coronary angiography, left ventriculography and rest electrocardiography, and Bruce protocol were used during exercise test.
7.Twenty-seven patients diagnosed coronary heart disease (CHD) were performeddobutamine electrocardiography testing (DET) and treadmill exercise testing (TET) before coro-nary angiography.
8.Comparison of SPECT with ~(99m)Tc-CPI with selective coronary arteriography(SCA), echocardiography(UCG),dynamic electrocardiography(DCG) and electrocardiographic(ECG)-exercise test in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia or necrosis has demonstrated the former to be more significantly sensitive than the latter four. Good agreement between SPECT and SCA has been confirmed.
