5.From the view of economy and practice,this paper introduces a design of control system for old EPS panel machine,which are widely used in many ehterprises of expanded polystyrene foumed plastics being in finished form at present.
6.The addition of nuclcant agent N in synthesizing Expanded Polystyrene(EPS) to improve bubble quality of EPS was introduced, Studying and analyzing the bubble holes, photos of EPS proved that nucleant agent had an effect of producing large quantities of bubble nucleus, made the bubble holes close and even and improved bubble times. The addition amont be-tween l000ppm and 4000ppm was turned out to be the best.
