1.Article 13 The consignee or consignor shall incorporate the data declared on the List of Centralized Declaration in every month, fill in the customs declaration form on import and export goods, and go through the formality for centralized declaration at the customs ten days before the next month for the goods of general trade or before the end of the next month for the bonded goods.
2.ARTICLE 60 Application qualification for import and export shall be suspended for six to twelve months if a designated import and export enterprise is found to have failed in complying with the formality procedures and fraudulently obtained import and export approval documents with a fake contract and government statement of pledge, resulting in serious consequences.
