5.Rural sustainable development economic value orientation of ethics should reflect ecological protection, society fair, principle of economic development, there are the sides of economy and ethics with incongruous relation in the countryside at present, displaying it in heavy economic development, light ethics construction, this has already destroyed the ecological environment seriously, upset the economic order in the countryside, form obstruction of rural sustainable development.
7.To scientifically exercise the authority entrusted by the seventh clause, libraries must heighten their awareness of keeping themselves within the bounds of the regulations, confining the propagation of certain limits, differentiating the original copyright and carrier form, maintaining the balance between collecting right and ownership, adopting technical measures to protect intellectual right, and not obtaining economic interests directly and indirectly under the pretence of fair use.
