1.GTZ iv 25 mg/kg and 6.25 mg/kg can shorten euglobulin lysis time(ELT),andremarkably increase the serum fibrin degradation product(FDP)and decreasefibrinogen.
2.Methods the value of prothrombin time(PT), partial thromboplastintime(APTT), tissueplasminogen activator(t PA), D dimer(D D), fibrinogen(Fbg) and fibrin degradation products(FDP) were determined in 20 normal pregnant women, 20 nomal nonpregnant women and 35 patients with PIH.
3.Factor Ⅷ related antigen (ⅧR:Ag), fibrin (fibrinogcn) degradation products (FDP), lactic dchydrogcnase (LDH) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were determined in 119 female patients suffering from pelvic tumors.
4.Methods:With the use of a rat smoke inhalation injury model,the static lung compliance,the surface tension and superoxide dismutase activities of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF),the contents of malondialdehyde,total protein(TP),total phospholipids(TPL),fibrinogen(Fig) and fibrin(fibrinogen)degradation products(FDP)were determined in normal control and injured animals at 2 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h respectively after injury.
5.Using cellular biological methods, we observed the effects of activated coagulation factors including thrombin and fibrin on glomerular endothelial cells(GEC) and mesangial cells. Results showed that thrombin induced GEC proliferation, extracellular matrix degradation, as well as GEC detachment;
