2.By the adoption of a colunm with highly effective bubblecapplates and float valves and the strict control of demineralized water consumption, the total amount of dilute aqua ammonia from the three sections of earbonation, final purification and synthesis is less than the quantity of dilute aqua ammonia required for the production of ammonium bicarbonate, with zero discharge of the dilute aqua ammonia, thus not only prolecting the environment but also realizing a cestain economic benefit.

5.The results suggested that the best technical conditions were as follows: 40 min saccharification, 0.05 % (w/w)inoculation quantity, fermentation temperature at 34 ℃, 60 h fermentation, the use rate of starch in Dioscorea Zingiberensis as 97 %, alcohol yield as 53.5 %, and the final alcohol content as 7.8 %Vol.
6.Poison resistant tributylcitrate by citric acid and n-butanol synthesis is carried out with complex catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions are determined as follows: Molar ration of citric acid to n-butanol 1: 36,reaction temperature 100 ℃-130℃,quantity of catalyst accounted for 0.8 % of citric acid reaction time 3 h. and the final conversion is more than 99.5 % .
7.Based on a series of experiments on the deep oxidation of toluene on copper-based catalyst which is prepared by wetness impregnation method,this paper investigates the optimal quantity of Cu that is supported on active aluminum oxide,the role of Cu and intermediate/final products in the course of the oxidation by means of instrument analysis such as FTIR,MS and XRD.
