1.Pre-activity Cost Control Method Employing the theory and method of Financing Accounting Cost Control and combining with the reality of Liaohe Oilfield ,we propose the eight preparations for developing crude oil cost control regulations and crude oil fixed cost controlling method and operating cost controlling method .
2.Contents of this course include B.O.P accounts &adjustment, exchange determination, macroeconomic policies in open economies, international monetary system overview, foreign exchange market &exchange system of Taiwan, foreign exchange transaction, key documents for financing international trade (bill of exchange draft &letter of credit), international financial market, foreign exchange risk management, exchange accounting and exchange regulations.
