7.It is theoretically analysed that the measure precision of long wavelength laser is difficult to improve by laser wavelength measure device. An improved algorithm is proposed by using DFT for precisely measuring the frequency of a finite length periodic sequence. The simulation result indicates that the algorithm is practical.
8.In this paper the classical sampling theoems are extended into a more general form and in terms of the extensions the error expression of numerical Fourier transform (or DFT deviation equation) is developed in which the discretization effect and finite length effect inherent in the numerical Fourier Transform are expressed mathematically.
